Required Prior to Start
- Active New Hampshire ARNP license or New Hampshire PA license
- Current DEA number
- Completion of an accredited NP (APRN) or PA-C program
- Master's degree or higher

- Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience (new grads considered)
- Experience in Pain Management, PM&R, Orthopedics, or Musculoskeletal Medicine
