Job Summary:
At Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experts in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism and ADHD. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising therapists, and collaborating with families to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based practices and company protocols
• Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services
• Conduct assessments, develop behavioral intervention plans, and monitor progress of clients
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy and participate in ongoing professional development
• Document client progress, treatment plans, and staff supervision in accordance with company standards
Requirements:
• Master's degree
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Salary: $90,000 - $105,000.02 annually (dependent on experience and qualifications)
