Position Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available:
Day 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Evening 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Wage Range: $37.50+ /hour depending on experience
Location: 2571 Guthrie Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317
Registered Nurse responsibilities:
- Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Monitor residents and report any change in their condition.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Monitor performance of CNA staff.
- Use strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:- Must have a current Iowa RN license or have RN licensure within the compact states.
- CPR certificate or willingness to obtain it.
- Stable work history.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
