Work 7-on/7-off near Columbia with strong pay package and growth support. BE/BC Hospitalist (Internal Medicine/Pediatrics). Schedule: 7 on/7 off, Monday–Sunday shifts. Location: South Carolina, ~1 hour from Columbia Medical Center. Position type: Permanent. Average census: 10–12 patients/day. ICU duties include vent management, intubation, central lines; telehealth pulm/CC support. Level II nursery with pediatric inpatient needs; busy OB/GYN (≈600 deliveries/yr). - BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics
- Comfortable with ICU procedures (vent, intubation, central lines)
- Eligible for SC medical licensure
- New grads acceptable

Medical Center seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Pediatrics trained physician to join our Hospitalist team
- Role working 7 on/7 off shifts
- Scheduled to work Monday - Sunday
- Average Census 10-12/day per physician
- Comfortable with ICU components: vent management, intubation, central lines as there is only telehealth pulm/cc support
- Busy OB/GYN with 600 deliveries per year; Level II nursery will need Pediatric inpatient support
