Family Medicine Physician - Primary Care Center - Chicago, IL

- Seeing ages 2+, Will be seeing both migrant health patients and regular patients

- Full time 40 hours/week

- Monday Friday 8AM-5PM, some light Saturday coverage as needed

- ASAP start upon credentialing

- Assignment Length: 3-month initial contract with extension options

Requirements:

- Must have at least 1 year of experience in primary care/family medicine.

- Active IL License, Board Certification, DEA, CSR, BLS
