- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule
- 13 - 14 patients per day
- Adult primary care clinic setting
- 1 hour new patients, 30 minutes established patients
- Primary care experience required
- Hospital privileges required
- 9 month contract with possible extension
- Adults 18+ patient population
