Gastroenterology/Hospitalist opening in Peoria, IL
- Centrally located to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis
About the Job:- Full Time, Permanent
- Inpatient consults and Inpatient procedures for Gastroenterology
- Schedule is 25 weeks (175 shifts) per year, Monday-Sunday, 24-hour coverage, in-house from 7a-7pm; shifts will include holidays as part of the normal schedule rotation
- Full time Advanced Practitioner support for daytime coverage
- 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients
- EPIC EMR
- Triage calls for GI and round on patients at all three hospital campuses
- EUS procedure, plus ERCP
- Participate in biweekly colorectal tumor boards
- 349-bed Level II Trauma Center that has been ranked in the state of Illinois for patient outcomes
