- Outpatient (OP) or a mix of Outpatient/Inpatient (OP/IP)
- All visits must be conducted in the office - 80% of patients are seen in person, 20% virtually (physicians conduct virtual visits from the office)
- Teaching and mentoring residents as part of the new residency program
