Beware! People that come here tend to fall in love and stay here. We are located in the Texas panhandle. Home of a University (40K+ students), beautiful sunsets, plenty of land, and friendly people. It's a family-friendly paradise with great schools, entertainment, museums, youth sports, and most importantly it is safe. Commutes are a breeze as you can get to anywhere in the city in less than 20 minutes. The weather is mostly mild all year which makes for perfect patio weather at one of our local coffee shops or breweries.
