A board-certified Gastroenterologist is needed for locum coverage in Virginia, providing specialized gastrointestinal medical care including ERCP and EUS procedures. The role requires maintaining an active in-state DEA license and compliance with vaccination policies. The position involves covering GI emergencies at a Level I and Level III hospital site with 466 beds.

Clinical Information:
- Locums Gastrointestinal Call to include Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio Pancreatography (ERCP) procedures as needed
- Site 466 beds, Level I
- Site beds, Level III
Required:
- Board Certification
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Must be able to cover GI emergencies including ERCP procedures as needed
- REQUIRED ERCP, EUS cases also
