Our innovative clinic uses the Primary Care First model, offering integrated services including behavioral health, PharmD, X-ray, and lab onsite, emphasizing patient-centered, high-quality care and seamless, coordinated healthcare.

Some additional details about the position:
- Average patient volume: 18-20/day
- 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
- Clinic open Mon-Fri, 4x10 schedule
- Shared call, phone consult only
- Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support
- Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one).
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Banner Health's total compensation package includes:
- Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience) plus incentives
- $100K educational loan repayment
- $60K sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
- Up to $18K resident stipend
- Paid CME days and malpractice
- Excellent benefit package options that provide securityfor you and your family
- This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness
