About the Opportunity

We?re seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, value-based healthcare organization providing comprehensive care to local Medicare populations. This is a modern, team-oriented environment focused on outcomes?not volume?so physicians can deliver a higher quality of care without the burnout of traditional fee-for-service models.

You?ll work at a single clinic supported by an integrated care team of medical assistants, care managers, and administrative staff?allowing you to spend more time building relationships and improving patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment and prevention plans

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to meet quality goals

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

  • Provide mentorship and support to the care team

  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Active, unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Current DEA license

  • U.S. work authorization required

  • Strong commitment to preventive medicine and equitable patient care
