Requirements :

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
  OR
  Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
• State Medical license of Ohio (OH)
• Must be clean MalpracticeRequired
• Must indicate whether the provider requires J1 or H1B visa support Required

Compensation & Benefits :
Independent Contractor (1099):

• Hourly Rate: $250/hour (all-inclusive)

• Guaranteed Shifts

• Optional Night Shift Bonus: +$10/hour for working all night shifts

• No employee benefits (contractor status)

Full-Time Employment (W2):

• Hourly Rate: $240/hour

• Optional Night Shift Bonus: +$10/hour for working all night shifts
