Overview:
Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization.

Valley Healthcare Services, a 160-bed, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility is a privately-owned, not-for-profit organization providing care to a largely rural population and strictly adheres to its Vision Statement to be recognized as a premier employer and provider of adult living services, promoting optimal quality of life with regard to mind, body and spirit.
Herkimer, New York is nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack State Park Mountains, fifteen miles east of Utica, NY, Valley Health Services evolved from a thirty-two-bed facility to its current size and is a major health care provider and vital community asset. Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Traditional Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- Collaborative Working Environment
- Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State programs
- EMR Point Click Care & EPIC
- Salary Range: $107,714 - $133,699. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
- Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000
Job Qualifications:
- National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- NYS Licensure
- BLS Certification Required
- DEA Required
