Position: Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: New York (Yonkers, New Rochelle, and White Plains area)

About the Opportunity
A large, well-established multispecialty group with locations throughout the Greater NYC area is seeking a board eligible or board certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team serving Yonkers, New Rochelle, and White Plains. This permanent role is being added due to growth and offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing either all ages or adults only, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and the group can sponsor H1B visas if needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications
Work collaboratively with physicians, other APPs, and support staff to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Educate patients regarding preventive care, treatment, and follow-up

Qualifications
Active/Eligible New York State Nurse Practitioner license
Board eligible or board certified Family Nurse Practitioner
