Hematology Oncology Locums Physician, Wisconsin - License Sponsored
Full-time Hem/Onc assignment in Wisconsin with long-term potential and license support.
Highlights:
- Wisconsin license sponsorship available
- Full-time blocks open; long-term assignment
- Temps available; 60-day credentialing for clean files
- Flights, rental car, and lodging covered
Practice Setting:
- Inpatient and outpatient mix across 2 locations
- Sites are 30 minutes apart, alternating daily
- Team includes RNs, MAs, and APPs
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Call only 2 non-consecutive weeks/month; mostly phone-based
- Ongoing need with start dates ASAP
Cases and Procedures:
- General Hem/Onc including transplant management, tumor boards
- Optional bone marrow biopsies
- Uses Intellidose TxM for chemo orders
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- ACLS, BLS, and ATLS required
- Open to providers without Wisconsin license
Travel Accommodations:
- Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
- Closest airport: Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA)
