About the Opportunity:
- Seeking an experienced Breast Surgeon to join our dynamic surgical and oncology team.
- An ideal candidate will provide high-quality surgical care, contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions, and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide surgical assessment and management of patients with breast disease, both benign and malignant.
- Perform breast-conserving and reconstructive procedures (in concert with Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) as clinically appropriate.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient case reviews.
- Contribute to teaching and mentoring of junior doctors and trainees.
- Engage in quality assurance, audit, and clinical governance activities.
- The hospital is affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
