Physician-led team of rehabilitation specialists works closely with you and your loved ones to develop a treatment plan based on your goals, needs, and circumstances. We are the only facility on Cape Cod offering hospital-level rehabilitation care, we provide intensive, coordinated, inpatient medical, nursing, and therapy services.
