• Specific dates initially then 2 weekends monthly plus 1 week monthly
• 30 - 35 average daily census
• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital
• 24-hour call with 8 hours weekend rounding
• Inpatient rehab adult patients only
• Hospital privileges required
