- Leadership and Growth: Lead and oversee all aspects of the Geriatrics Fellowship Program

- 60% to 80% teaching and consultative patient care with flexibility to focus on inpatient, outpatient, or a combination of both
- 20% protected time for Fellowship Director responsibilities
- Up to 20% dedicated time to pursue special interests
- Collaborative Multispecialty Team:
- Academic medical center setting within a highly collaborative Division of Geriatrics, Hospice, and Palliative Medicine
- Access to Social Workers, Therapy, Pharmacy, and Dementia Care Program run by the school of nursing
- Ample Midlevel Support: Outpatient Nurse practitioner support to assist with follow-ups and team-based care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $300K based on experience and rank

Qualifications:
- Board certification in Geriatrics
- Eligible for licensure in the state of California
- Minimum of 3 years post-fellowship in Geriatrics
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- H1B visa sponsorship available
