Medical Center is actively recruiting a full-time BC/BE PM&R Physician (Physiatrist) with an optional Medical Director role (small % FTE) that includes a stipend.
- This role joins our collaborative, collegial team of providers.
- 10-bed step-down unit for hospital patients needing extra care ahead of discharge
- Schedule: M-F; backup PRN physicians on call on weekends
- Call: first call is to nurses who would call in a provider if needed
- Team Support: Nurses, CNA, OT, COTA, PTA, and case manager
- Unit is located on the 6th floor and boasts a breathtaking view
- Level III Trauma Center
