Job Title: Entry-Level CAD Operator
Location: Harmony, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $14 – $16 per hour (based on experience)

Are you looking to start your career in CAD and design? We're a growing metal manufacturing company in Harmony, NC seeking a motivated Entry-Level CAD Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some CAD experience who wants to grow in the manufacturing and design field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and modifying CAD drawings for metal fabrication projects

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications

• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and timely drawings

• Maintain drawing files and documentation in an organized manner

• Learn and apply company standards and practices for CAD design

Qualifications:

• Basic experience or coursework in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Ability to read technical drawings is a plus

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
