Orientation: 16 Description: This is a true Locums to Perm Opportunity. The provider will work 90 days as a Locums and then transition to Perm. The PERM Contract will be offered to the provider to review after a phone interview takes place. The provider will only be accepted for a Locums to Perm position if all terms of the Perm offer are agreed to upfront. Ideal Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 5 eight's or 4 ten's a week for the duration of this Locums to Perm assignment. Call: NONE Interview Process: Intro Call / On site Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 160 hours Privileging Timeframe: 45 - 60 days with PA license; 60 - 90 without Department Description: Our facility boasts a busy anesthesia department, specializing in total joint replacements and orthopedic procedures. Our diverse caseload includes Urology, OB, GYN, E&T, Cardiovascular, spine procedures, ENDO cases, general cases, and podiatry cases. We cater to patients of all ages, offering elective procedures for pediatrics from 2 years old and emergency pediatrics from 10 years old and up. Patient Volume: With an average of 500 cases per month, our team stays active and engaged. EMR: Utilizing EPIC, we ensure efficient documentation and communication. Technology in Use: Our facility is equipped with INVOS, Space Labs, and Apollo machines to facilitate smooth operations. Special Procedures: Our team performs a range of procedures, including spinals, providing comprehensive care to our patients. Certifications Required: Candidates must hold certifications in CRNA, RN, ACLS, CPR, and PALS. Skills Preferred: We value anesthesia skills across various procedures, with a particular emphasis on spinals. Minimum Experience Required: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required to ensure proficiency in our fast-paced environment.
