As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Board Certified (BC) Adult Cardiac Transplant Surgeon to join our esteemed Memorial Cardiac and Vascular Institute. As part of our established division, you will help drive the continued growth and success of our high-quality, sustainable adult heart transplant program. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills with a passion for patient care and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in heart transplantation, mechanical circulatory support, and ECMO procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide world-class care to transplant patients.
- Contribute to the growth and innovation of the heart transplant program.
- Work within a state-of-the-art facility with a commitment to patient care, safety, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Adult Cardiac Transplant Surgeon.
- Fellowship training and/or at least 5 years of extensive experience in adult heart transplantation, mechanical circulatory support, and ECMO.
This is a full-time employed position with the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
