UPMC Cole owns andoperates eleven primary care and eighteen specialty medical practices located in Coudersportand the counties that surround the hospital.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Current Pennsylvania licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- American Citizen or FMG
- Resident or Practicing Physician. Any experience level
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients close to home
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have very good to excellent malpractice history with current coverage
- Must not have been a sanctioned party
- When on call, must immediately respond and be at the hospital immediately within 60 minutes CANDIDATES CAN EXPECT:
- Non-traditional schedule to promote work-life balance: two-week coverage rotation; requiring the
- physician to deliver services a total of 26 weeks per year
