UPMC Cole owns andoperates eleven primary care and eighteen specialty medical practices located in Coudersportand the counties that surround the hospital.QUALIFICATIONS:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
Current Pennsylvania licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
American Citizen or FMG
Resident or Practicing Physician. Any experience level
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients close to home
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must have very good to excellent malpractice history with current coverage
Must not have been a sanctioned party
When on call, must immediately respond and be at the hospital immediately within 60 minutes

CANDIDATES CAN EXPECT:

Non-traditional schedule to promote work-life balance: two-week coverage rotation; requiring the
physician to deliver services a total of 26 weeks per year

Initial agreement 36-month term; will consider longer terms
