Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 18 · Number of Staff – 38 total · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 5 RN 1 CC and 2 PCT (ideal) o Night Shift – 5 nurses and 1 pc · Patient Ratios – 4:1 · Type of equipment – central lines, pca, foley, chest tubes, pacer wires, telemetry, drains · EMR – Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Able to read cardiac monitor · Able to give narcotics Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Stepdown experience · Cardiac knowledge List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · CABG, valve replacement, TAVR, Mitral clip, thoracotomy, Afib, CHF, MI · Cardiac drips (popular Cardizem amiodarone, heparin, nitro) REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · BLS, ACLS Floating Area(s): · Tele and med surgMedical Solutions Job ID #1032154.
