General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager
- Deep expertise in hospitality and operations within the luxury food and beverage industry
- Proven leadership and managerial skills
- Strong background in cost accounting, developing budgets, financial planning, and strategic decision-making
- Focus on team development, positive culture, and implementation of effective systems and SOPs
- Sommelier certification is a plus

- Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and productive service standards, continually seeking opportunities to improve quality
- Monitor and enhance guest and employee satisfaction through ongoing evaluation of food, beverage, and service offerings
- Build and nurture relationships with valued patrons and regular guests
- Collaborate with the leadership team on financial planning, cost control measures, and business strategies
