BE/BC Epileptologist to join a well-established outpatient group practice in Rapid City, SD.
Details:- Busy, hospital-employed position with all major subspecialties represented
- Hours: Monday - Friday, no call
- Inpatient neurology needs are provided by a fully staffed 24 hr neurohospitalist service
- Inpatient EEG wet reads are done by neurohospitalists, and on weekdays epileptologists make the final read and report
- Financial incentives for reading additional studies outside of normal work hours are available if desired
About the facility:
- The Neuroscience Center is a busy tertiary care center that serves a 5-state region
- It includes a busy regional sleep center, neurohospitalist service, neurointerventionalist service, and comprehensive outpatient neurology services.
- Epilepsy neurosurgical services and an EMU are anticipated starting in fall 2026, with plans to apply for Level III epilepsy center
