Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (option to request 4x12 for approval)
• Float position - floating to different units is required as this is an overhire float unit
• Weekend coverage required with two pre-approved time off periods per contract
• Must have active New York nursing license in hand prior to submission
• BLS certification required
• EPIC charting system experience is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Must live more than 75 miles from facility location
• First time travelers accepted
• Required skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, peripheral line care/management, and use of rapid response/code teams
• Pre-start modules required (up to 10 hours total, with 5 hours billable)
