WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Flexible Full-time Schedule: Enjoy a flexible full-time schedule, with the possibility of four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, accommodating diverse patient needs. Weekday & Weekend Call: Participate in call responsibilities on a rotating basis, with Family Medicine at 1:15 and Internal Medicine at 1:7, ensuring comprehensive patient care coverage. Average Outpatient Volume: See an average of 20-25 patients per 8-hour day in the outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care to patients and families. Excellent Support Staffing: Benefit from excellent support staffing including a triage RN, dedicated MA, and additional MA support for the practice, enhancing efficiency and patient care delivery. Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers: Have the opportunity to collaborate with or supervise Advanced Practice Providers, leveraging a team-based approach to patient care. Virtual Patient Care: Utilize virtual care options to see patients virtually for 25% of contact hours, offering convenient and accessible care to patients. Specialty Practices within Network: Work within a network that includes specialty practices such as Orthopedics, Rheumatology, ENT, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, Vascular, OB/Gyn, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Pulmonology, and more.
