Qualifications:
- Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment
- Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
Flexible Scheduling:
- Full-time opportunity.
- Home call is evenly divided among the team – the average is 1:12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, podiatry, ENT, urology, peds, and endoscopy cases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

Rewards and Benefits:
- Compensation:
- $50,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
- Salary ranging from $300,000 to $330,000 (W2 and 1099 options).
- Minimum additional call pay of $15,600.
- Extra Work Compensation Details:
- Extra Shift Daily Rate $200/hr guaranteed
- Extra Weekday Call Shift – $450
- Extra Weekend Call Shift – $675
- 2-hour guaranteed call-back rate per shift
