Infectious Disease Physicians provide outpatient and inpatient consultations, including treatment for HIV and Hepatitis C, and contribute to infection control and hospital epidemiology programs. They also engage in teaching medical students and residents, participate in hospitalist programs, and collaborate in transplant medicine and research activities.
