Alina Telehealth is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide outpatient telehealth consultations for adult patients. This role focuses on benign hematology and oncology care and offers a structured, well-supported clinical environment.
Interim coverage is needed immediately, with part-time, flexible scheduling available once credentialing is complete.
Position HighlightsOutpatient-only telehealth consults (adults only)
Brand-new role in an established telemedicine program
Part-time: minimum 16 hours/week, flexible
Preferred Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST
Start: ASAP (interim coverage available while credentialing finalizes)
Conduct telehealth initial consults (40 minutes) and follow-ups (20 minutes).
Manage benign hematology/oncology cases with ongoing continuity of care.
Review labs within the required 24-hour turnaround.
Complete timely EMR documentation in OncoEMR (Flatiron).
Coordinate care with onsite teams, including RNs, MAs, case managers, schedulers, and admin staff.
Escalate complex cases through established clinical and operational leadership pathways.
Participate in meetings as needed no fixed schedule.
MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology & Oncology
Washington Medical License or willingness to obtain
IMLC participation preferred
Must meet standard DEA and background check requirements
Ability to commit to a minimum one-year term
Experience managing outpatient hematology/oncology patients
Reliable telehealth-capable equipment (facility does not provide equipment)
WA Licensed Providers: 30 days
Multistate licensure preferred
Credentialing follows standard outpatient requirements
EMR: OncoEMR (Flatiron) training provided
Telehealth Platform: Facility s virtual system
Documentation standards follow facility turnaround requirements
Tech Support: Provided
Administrative support includes scheduler, case manager, and onsite clinical staff
Consistent weekly workload with flexible scheduling
