- Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
- Experience with general, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, ortho, and OB cases (approx. 2,500 cases/yr)
- Valid medical license for Maine (or eligible)
- Ability to manage ~2,500 annual cases and take OB call
