Cath Lab RN - 3x12 Hour Shifts
LocationNew Jersey
Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule3x12 hour shifts: Day shift from 07:00 - 20:00, with variants from 09:00 - 22:00 or 07:00 - 20:00.
Job DescriptionThe Cath Lab RN will be responsible for circulating in complex cases across multiple specialties. Must be proficient in scrubbing or monitoring with extensive experience in cardiac catheterization, PCIs, electrophysiology, and vascular procedures. The position requires floating to Cath Lab Holding as needed.
Responsibilities- Circulate during complex procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Assist in scrubbing or monitoring as required.
- Perform a variety of cardiac and vascular interventions.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
- Provide pre and post-procedure patient care.
- Active New Jersey RN license.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Proficiency with cardiac and vascular procedures, including but not limited to, PCI, EP ablations, and neuro procedures.
- Experience with relevant medical equipment such as Impella, IABP, and Shockwave is preferred.
