The Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies for a portfolio of three limited-service hotels to maximize revenue, RevPAR, and occupancy. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing forecasting, optimizing distribution channels, and collaborating with Sales and General Managers. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in hotel revenue management and strong analytical and communication skills.
Overview:
We are seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategy for a portfolio of three limited-service hotels. This role focuses on maximizing revenue, RevPAR, and occupancy through data-driven pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies across all three properties
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive sets to drive pricing decisions
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting and performance reporting
- Optimize distribution channels, including OTA, GDS, and direct bookings
- Collaborate with Sales and General Managers to align revenue strategies with operational goals
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of revenue management experience, preferably in limited-service or select-service hotels
- Experience managing multiple properties is a plus
- Strong analytical and financial skills; proficiency with RMS, PMS, and Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Salary Range- $75K-$80K plus bonus and benefits
