How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Comprehensive Clinical Care: Provide direct nursing care in diverse environments by implementing patient care plans and carrying out physician and nursing orders in accordance with established organizational protocols.

  • Vigilant Patient Monitoring: Assess, record, and communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team, ensuring all care needs are coordinated and addressed in real-time.

  • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Serve as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to ensure well-integrated patient care and seamless communication among the healthcare team.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Must have one year acute care experience
