Responsibilities:
We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting interview-based exams with physical assessments.
- Evaluating range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury.
- No prescribing or treatment involved.
- Utilization of a Goniometer for assessments.
- Proficiency in evaluating Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions.
- Skilled in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
Additional Details:
- Need: Ongoing PRN basis
- Certification Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible
- State License Requirements: Vermont
- Provider Needed: More than 5
Training and Support:
- Comprehensive training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
- Timely submission of Reporting/DBQs required within 48 hours upon exam completion.
