Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Sewickley / Wexford – $15–$18/hr | Weekly Pay

Open Visit Schedules
- Sewickley – weekday late morning and afternoon; weekend evening; Monday/Sunday overnight
- Wexford – weekday and weekend, morning, afternoon, and overnight; Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday evening
- Duncan Manor – Monday/Wednesday afternoon; Saturday early morning; Sunday afternoon and evening
Pay & Benefits
- $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
- Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**

What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
- Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of three professional references
- Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged)
- Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
