Job Title: Mortgage Closer

Location: Moorpark, CA

Compensation: $28.00 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Closer to support the Closing function across multiple channels. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate closings of mortgage loans while maintaining efficient processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare closing documents, including balancing Initial and Final Closing Disclosures
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while providing outstanding customer service
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties involved in the transaction
• Handle routine calls, emails, and chat inquiries
• Execute daily work queues and escalate issues as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and values

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Mortgage industry experience required; closing experience preferred
• Understanding of investor requirements, TRID rules, and regulatory standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A passion for helping customers achieve their financial and homeownership goals

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
