Locum/permanent Emergency Medicine or Family Practice with EM experience; day (7:00–20:00) and night (19:00–08:00) shifts, starts Dec 29–Jan 3 and ongoing; Arizona location; permanent/locum options. - Board-eligible/certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Practice (with EM experience) - BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS required - Experience in Critical Access or rural ED desirable - Able to work weekends, federal holidays, day and night shifts

• BC FP or IM/Peds with EM experience
• Annual patient volume: 6400
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS

• Start Date: December 29-January 3 (day shifts), and more throughout the next several months
• Shift Times Requested: Days- 7:00am - 8:00pm seven days per week, inclusive of weekends and federal holidays; Nights- 7:00pm - 8:00am seven days per week, inclusive of weekends and federal holidays
