We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens opportunity near Greenville, NC. Position Overview:
- Position: Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician
- Location: Near Greenville, NC
- Shift Type: Day and night shifts available, with orientation required the day before your first shift.
Key Requirements:
- Board Certification: Emergency Medicine (MD or DO)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Medicine
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
- Accepted Candidates:
- Will accept Internal Medicine (IM) and Family Medicine (FM) physicians with relevant Emergency Medicine experience.
- Visa Sponsorship: No J-1 or H-1B visas accepted
Work Environment:
- Emergency Department Details:
- Number of Beds: 15-bed ED
- Inpatient Census: 22,250 per year
- Patient Volume: Approximately 65 patients per day
- Support Staff: You will work with an experienced team to provide care to the community.
