Must have a Rad Tech License in KY through ARRT. Trauma 1 Level preferred. ARRT, ACLS, BLS, PALS, EKG, Stroke scale required. Shifts will be four 10 hour shifts per week, 0700-1730 Monday - Friday. Call requirements are as follows: 1 Late call per week (5:30p-7:30p), 1 Call shift per week (5:30p-7:00a), 1-2 Call weekends per 6 week schedule (Weekend is Friday, 5:30p - Monday, 7:00a). PREFERRED: Philips Single, Bi Plane Angiography. REQUIRED: Epic EHR, McKesson. Shift Info: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
