OTA Strategy & Revenue Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, sales, or distribution with a strong OTA focus
- Proven experience managing major OTA platforms and channel management systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; Power BI experience strongly preferred
OTA Strategy & Revenue Manager Must Haves
- Own and manage day-to-day OTA partner relationships, including contract terms, visibility, placement, and performance
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities
- Develop and execute OTA testing strategies (including A/B testing) to improve conversion and net revenue
- Partner closely with marketing, web, revenue, and operations teams to align OTA initiatives with broader e-commerce goals
OTA Strategy & Revenue Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Strong understanding of global travel markets, particularly international distribution channels
