About Group:- Private Group that specializes in full scope Dermatology
- General and surgical dermatology, Cosmetic Procedures, Mohs, and Dermopathology
- Group has 3 Dermatologists, 1 Mohs Surgeon, 1 Dermopathologist, and 9 APP's
- 6 Total Locations. 5 Clinical Derm Offices and 1 for Cosmetics
- Group has been Physician owned since 1980. Not Private Equity!
- Located in Beautiful and Historic Lancaster, PA!
About the Role:- Location: Lancaster, PA
- General Medical Dermatology
- Anticipating physician retirements and looking to replace them.
- Opportunity for surgical procedures available
- Group has a dedicated Mohs Surgeon, Cosmetics Team, and Dermopathologist
- Schedule: Four Day Week! 8am - 4:30pm
- ZERO Weekends Evenings, or Hospital Call
- Every Provider gets two dedicated APP's and MA's
- Fully dedicated Admin and Billing Dept in place. Very minimal admin duties!
- EMR: NexTech
- Patient Volume: 6 Patients per hour
- 2-3 year partnership track. Physician Owned - Not Private Equity!
Benefits:- Physicians earn 40-42% of generated Collections. Typically equates to $630,000 in year 1.
- Guaranteed income minimum of $350,000
- Relocation reimbursed - $10,000
- Yearly CME Allowance $2,500

Background Profile:- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
