• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,440 - $1,550 per week
• Positions Available: 2 Med/Surg RN openings
• On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Tennessee or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare setting

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for patients and staff
