COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- Up to $300,000 with clinical experience
- Sign-on Bonus is $20,000, another $10,000 paid every 6 months
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage + 403B Investment Program
- PTO days and 8 Holidays + 1 Floating Day
- CME: 5 days for $3,000
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)- Outpatient clinic only with bread and butter cases
- Monday to Friday with 4 hours a week for administrative time
- No weekends or after-hours coverage
- Student Loan Repayment: Allen County, Indiana has a HPSA score of 21 for Primary Care
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)- Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
- Will consider Visa Candidates at this time
- Open to late-career physicians
- Good bedside manners, warm personality, compassionate with patients
