Compensation: $115K $150K+ (uncapped productivity model)

Provide direct wound care management, including dressing changes, prevention, and complication recognition.
Educate and mentor facility staff on wound care best practices.
NP or PA with active Michigan license.
Background in wound, ostomy, foot, or continence care.
Certified wound care clinician preferred, but strong experience considered.
DEA license preferred (not required).
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Expected range: $115,000 $150,000 annually (productivity-based, no income cap).
