- 5x8 days or 4x10 days, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm with flexible start time
- Average daily census of 26 patients
- Home health setting
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- EMR: Epic preferred, HCHB proficiency preferred
- COPD, CHF, orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, neuro
- 1 year home health experience required, OASIS experience needed
- 13 or 26 week assignment options
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
- We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
