Colonoscopy: -Colonoscopy via colostomy -Colonoscopy w/biopsy(ies) -Colonoscopy w/ablation of tumor/polyp/lesion -Colonoscopy w/removal of tumor/polyp/lesion by snare technique -Colonoscopy w/out biopsy -Colonoscopy w/ submucosal -Colonoscopy control of bleeding Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD): -EGD diagnostic -EGD w/biopsy(ies) -EGD w/removal of tumor/polyp/lesion by snare technique -EGD control of bleeding -EDG esophageal dilation Surgical Procedures: -Flexible sigmoidoscopy with biopsy/snare/ablation/control of bleeding -PEG tub replacement EMR: CPRS Hospital Privileges required: Yes Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance coveredRequirements: Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States Board Certified /Board Eligible in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) DEA Certificate NPIPlease note: Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
